We walk and run,but there is more. Through partnerships with downtown fitness venues, we offer many options during your Monday evening fitness hour…Zumba, Pilates, Spinning, Yoga, Step, Jujitsu, gym workout, swimming, etc.

DURING THE SUMMER MONTHS WE HAVE TWO CHOICES

It is a lovely 3-mile walk/run…more residential than commercial, and finishes by passing the magnificent St. Augustine Cathedral and heading back toward Maynards via Congress.

MMM PARTNERS WITH LINKAGES TO BEAUTIFY OUR DOWNTOWN!!

On May 23 we will have a chance to make our downtown more beautiful. Imagine what 30 or 40 MMM athletes could accomplish (optional, of course) in about an hour between 5:30 and 7:00…and have fun doing it! Look for more information in the next newsletter.

Are you envious of the folks you see wearing clothing with the MMM logo? Of course you are! You too can have one (or ten)! Just bring a shirt or jacket to the check-in table. We will have it embroidered for you.

Bring it in a sealed plastic bag with your name, date and phone # on the bag.
Pin your name and phone # to garment
Put $7 cash in the bag (correct change)
We take no responsibility for loss or damage, and we will decide where (on the front) to place the logo, depending on what is being embroidered.
If you bring your item this coming Monday, we will have it for you on May 23.

Enjoy the camaraderie on Maynards patio after your walk/run/exercise. We have live music every Monday. The burgers/veggie burgers inside the Market are delicious and only $5, and our beers Session Black and Session Lager are only $2. Soft drinks are $1.

In Maynards restaurant (and Market) you will receive $5 off any full-priced entree and $2 off of a pizza…with your MMM hand stamp.

Cup Cafe, in Hotel Congress, has extended their happy hour prices for “House cocktails” and “Classics”, and they offer $2 off full-priced entrees…with MMM hand stamp.

The first person to email (just hit “reply”) the correct answer will receive a $5 Delectables gift certificate at MMM on Monday. You must be present on Monday to receive your prize. Otherwise, it goes into the regular drawing. You may win the trivia contest once every three months.
