Meet Me at Maynards (MMM) offers the opportunity for non-profit/charitable organizations to promote their causes at our events. Here’s how it works:

Tell us in one paragraph about your cause and reason for attending.
MMM reserves the right to refuse any organization.
MMM will provide a 6′ table, assuming there is a table available.
We recommend that you be ready for business by 5:15 pm, and stay until 7:15. You will be introduced at 7pm during the closing ceremony by the emcee.
You may promote from your table, but please allow people come to you. You may NOT “work the crowd.”
You may not request or accept donations, or sell anything, including event entries/tickets. You may distribute brochures and promote your cause. Keep in mind that most people will not take a brochure until they complete their run/walk.
Please bring a note with up-to 50 words about your cause. The emcee will tell the crowd about you during the closing ceremony.
